About Judy Steele MTP

As a life coach and counselor, I specialize in alternative approaches to healing and personal transformation. I have a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology (MTP) and 30+ years of experience in helping people to release old beliefs, traumas and patterns so they can live their lives more effectively and joyfully. I use energy medicine modalities like homeopathy and flower essences, and energy psychology approaches like Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), EFT and Dynamind. I also do sound healing (I’ve studied with Tom Kenyon). I’m based in Minneapolis MN; I do phone sessions as well as in-person sessions. Before I got into this work I was a management consultant, training developer, and owner/manager of a number of small businesses. I lived in the Washington DC area for many years before coming to Minnesota, and I worked on Capitol Hill, so I pay considerable attention to political issues and the state of the world. I’m particularly interested in the massive changes that are clearly coming in our world, and in finding ways to surf those changes most effectively.
